WHAT IS NGENUS REWARDS?

This is our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer. It's super simple, just keep doing what you’re doing. You can earn points and NGENUS bucks for different activities on our site. The more you do, the more you get!

HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

Every time you shop with us, you can earn points which can be exchanged for future discounts. You can also earn extra points in easy ways like by following us on social media and celebrating a birthday.

HOW DO I LOG IN TO SEE MY ACCOUNTS/POINTS/REWARDS?

Log in to your Account. Once you’re logged in, click on the rewards gift box on the side of the screen. You’ll be able to see how many points you have and what rewards you can redeem.

CAN I USE MY REWARDS DURING CHECKOUT?

Yes, first go to your account and redeem your reward. This will give you a discount code to use at checkout. 

IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE AMOUNT OF POINTS I CAN EARN?

Nope! Earn as many as you can!

HOW DO I REFER A FRIEND?

Log in to your Account. Once you’re logged in, click on the rewards gift box on the side of the screen. Scroll down to “Refer Your Friends”. You will see your own personal link that you can share with your friends to sign up or you can invite them via Facebook, Twitter, or email. By referring a friend you’re giving them $10 off their first purchase!

Once you refer a friend, they successfully create an account and make a purchase through the link you provided them, you will be rewarded with $10 off of your next purchase! It’s a win-win!

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T WANT TO BE PART OF THE REWARDS PROGRAM ANYMORE?

If you no longer want to be rewarded with points, just send an email to care@naturalgeni.us or use the chat feature to speak to a representative at the bottom of the screen.
