  • 1. How does the Wholesale Partner Program work?

    The first step is to review our MAP policy, then complete a Wholesale Partner Application. After acceptance, Natural Genius' Wholesale Partner Program permits you to purchase our products at wholesale prices and resell them to your patients, clients, and customers at higher retail prices.  It's that easy. 


  • 2. How do I qualify for the Wholesale Partner Program?

    We are seeking Wholesale Partners who are passionate about health. Our Wholesale Partners include Healthcare Practitioners, Holistic Wellness Practitioners, Fitness Centers, Personal Training Studios, Health Food Stores, etc. Applicants must be over 18 years of age. 


    We look forward to working with reputable members of their online or offline community who operate their practices and businesses with integrity.  We reserve the right to refuse membership or revoke membership if we find the Reseller's business practices are questionable or if Reseller does not comply with our MAP Policy.   



  • 3. How do I set up my wholesale account?

    Once your Wholesale Partner Application is approved, you'll receive a welcome email that includes a copy of our MAP Pricing Policy, Wholesale Price List, Suggested Retail Pricing Schedule, and Order Form.

  • 4. Do I pay sales tax on my orders?

    No, you do not pay us tax on wholesale orders if you provide a resale tax certificate. It is then your responsibility to collect sales tax if your state requires you to do so.

  • 5. How do I place my orders?

    After your wholesale account is established, you will receive additional information on how to place orders.

  • 6. Can I post Natural Genius products on my website or on my social media channels such as Facebook or Twitter?

    Yes. Our Wholesale Partners may promote Natural Genius products on their website and social media pages. All advertised prices must be at or above MAP for all Products that a MAP price has been established.

  • 7. Can I advertise Natural Genius products on other websites or through any online marketplaces or auction services?

    No, Wholesale Partners (Resellers) of Natural Genius products are not permitted to sell or advertise on or through any online marketplace or auction services such as eBay, Amazon, Facebook Marketplace, or similar websites or services.

  • 8. What prices can I charge my patients or customers for Natural Genius products?

    We provide Resellers with a recommended Retail Pricing Schedule, however, Resellers can decide what to charge their patients or customers. The MAP Policy applies only to advertised prices. The MAP Policy does not apply to the price at which Natural Genius products can be sold or offered for sale to consumers within the Resellers physical retail location.

  • 9. What if I receive damaged product?

    Natural Genius has a 60-day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. So please inspect your shipments when they arrive to ensure nothing has been damaged during shipment.

  • 10. Are all Natural Genius products available for wholesale?

    Most of the Natural Genius product catalog is available for wholesale. For questions about specific products, please email sales@naturalgeni.us with your inquiry.
